There is a jumper you can put on to boot with the ROM SIMM. I think it's W1 by the power connector.

Yes they do. I just need to read, and reread all that info on BMOW. I haven't looked at Macs for 15 years. I forgot a lot. And I'm a mechanical engineer, not a programer.
