You can now add folders to the side menu presets. This allows you to edit your iTunes (now the "Music" app) library. It feels a bit more "Mac-like," don't you think? haha

Yea, to be honest, that was @Stephen 's idea. Sometimes I’m amazed by his perspective, he’s my go-to source for ideas. Thanks for testing it out!

Thank you. I designed it with Macintosh users in mind, so that they could enjoy it as much as possible. Plz do give it a try!

Beta 5 is up: https://github.com/kerokero5150/KeroBurn/releases/latest A few of you asked for ROM splitting, so that's the big one this time. Split / Join… next to Add… opens its own window, so the main window stays as simple as it was. - Split turns one ROM into HI/LO files for 16-bit boards...

Interesting. I actually tried the Classic ROM on my SE a while back. I used a MacPlus ROM-inator style 1MB board, so A18, A19 and A20 were all there, and I flashed the 512KB Mac Classic ROM into it twice. It booted fine from BlueSCSI and from a 6.0.8 floppy. Cmd-Opt-X-O did nothing, though. I...

@PL212 Thanks for the report, and great to see it working on an M5 Pro with macOS 27! That looks like one of the early betas. Since then I’ve added quite a few things in beta 4, like Read opening straight into Hex View (saving is optional now), Chip ID telling you what a chip really is when it...

Hi all, I program a lot of ROMs and GALs for the boards I make, and I got tired of booting a Windows machine every time just to run Xgpro. minipro works on the Mac, but typing "SST39SF040@PLCC32" into Terminal 10 times a day gets old fast. So I wrapped it in a proper Mac app. It's called...

It's been a while since I first started developing this project, but it is finally complete and now available on my online store! I wanted to share it with everyone here. Since it’s been a very long time since my last post, I'm not entirely sure if the TD guidelines or dynamics have shifted...

Hi all, I am very disappointed with that cloned FEMU hardware. We at Kero's Mac Mods and @bigmessowires cooperate, although of course there are some items that compete with each other. The Chinese (?) clone developers who are often talked about are simply ignoring CC and the law, so it's...

That's for the Power Color Classic (Takky mod), and it's understandable that @JDW doesn't know about this wiring, but this is a jumper that allows you to input -12 volts to the S1 pin of the 630 series logic board by removing jumper wire J19 on the analog board and connecting the regulator input...

Thanks for checking in, @JDW , really appreciate it! Crucible will support both the SMC ROM SIMM and the SMC PDS ROM version. https://en.infinityproducts.co.jp/product-page/smc-rom-simm-card https://en.infinityproducts.co.jp/product-page/smc-pds-rom-card Any 2MB ROM SIMM should basically...

About two months ago @Branchus streamed building the SMC Idle Hands Micro Joystick, so some of you may remember the build. It’s an extremely compact paddle controller that gives you everything you need to play Arkanoid, Pong!, and similar games... and nothing you don’t. Watch the stream here...

I forgot to share this awesome case that Bruce designed, and JDW is showcasing it with his YouTube Video: [https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:7164121]

Hi James, Colinlm contacted me directly and I explained him that V2 is a closed source version, and he reassured me and agreed that I couldn't share any program details. I also shared some information about the known issues with the IIc ROM's smart port specs. These are files sent to me by my...

It feels like it’s been almost 25 years since I last messed around with something like this. Back in the day I was using a G3 B&W — not as infamous as the G4 MDD, but those machines did have the occasional PSU failure. I remember swapping out the PSU a few times myself, and by then ATX...
