Hi There, I've got a Macintosh Classic II with an internal Blue SCSI Pico 2 and an external Blue SCSI with a Pico. Both have WIFI. When I have my external blue scsi plugged into the Classic II, my internal drive doesn't mount. It will mount if I use Lido to mount it. This happened when the...

That's great. Please let me know how it goes. What machine are you using as a file server, and what version of OS and server software?

Hello - Last year I bought a Workstation Card for my Apple IIe (among some other cards). It came with the manual, serial connection block, and the 3.5 disk. I haven't used it yet. Does anyone have and tips or suggestions from their own experiences with the Workstations Card? I'm curious to know...

I've never used a WiModem before. Just a thought, do the WiModem's directions specify if the jumper block triangle on the super serial card is pointed to TERMINAL or MODEM?

Hello! Does anyone know of a way to print over wifi from a Compact Mac with wireless equipped BlueSCSI? I'd like to be able to print from my compacts, if possible. Thanks!

Hello - I recently got my Mac Classic II online with BlueSCSI and wifi. Does anyone have any websites or online communities they recommend checking out? Thanks!

Hi There, I'm not sure if you already know about Larry Pina's Macintosh Repair and Upgrade Secrets (1990), it's been a real help for me and my friends. I think if you take a look on page 80-81, it might be a good place to start. Vintage Apple has that book and quite a few books that may help...

Hello! I recently acquired an ADB Apple Standard Keyboard (M0116) with this "Education District" sticker. Does anyone have any insight (and perhaps documentation) about this? An early search has not produced much, and I am curious to know more. Thank you for considering.

Hello There, I know much has been written on this topic - however given that suppliers and what works best evolves over time - I want to ask: What's the best modern screen to put inside an empty compact mac case? This would be in terms of appearance and ease of mounting. I have two empty...

Thank you - this is great. Would you mind sharing the schematics you referenced for the Classic II?

Hi - thank you for your reply. I didn't realize the Classic and Classic II rails were different. Is testing the voltages off the floppy port still a reliable place to do so? Your post is very helpful- thank you. Where is the -5v decoupling cap? I had someone else recap the board, no tantalums...

Hello, I’ve got a Classic II with a strange voltage issue. I was set to adjust the display recently after a recap and RAM upgrade to 10mb. I double checked the voltages based on Larry Pina’s Mac Classic & SE Repair and Upgrade Secrets (Page 162, Table 8.1). The +5V reading is spot on, so is...
