LC 475 no video - SOLVED

Hi, I recently picked up an LC 475 locally. I have recapped the logic board and used an LC 2 power supply temporarily until I can recap the LC 475 psu. When I boot it I get no picture out. I’ve tried multiple apple crts to no avail. Any ideas?
