What did you cook today?

Yellow courgette, baby plum tomatoes, red onion, yellow and red bell peppers, olive oil, garlic paste, Cypriot Oregano and onion powder, roasted at 280c for an hour, added half of these to some farfalle with a tomato and mascarpone pasta sauce with two cooked Cumberland sausages I'd diced, topped with grated parmesan - the laziest thing I could make, and extra delicious because it's the courgettes @boopbox123 is growing on the allotment!

Last night I made braised beef (think rich, velvety red bourdeaux wine beef bourguignon) over buttered Pecorino egg noodles. Man it was good LOL. My oldest ate left overs for breakfast, so I know he was a fan as well but he is a big beef lover like my Dad is. Man it was good :)

A couple of days ago I went out to cook outside again -- just vegetables from the garden with meat in a cauldron on the fire.
Despite the fact that everything is simple: I fried the meat and added vegetables and stewed until ready, at the end I added a few cloves of garlic through a press, everything turned out very tasty. :)
